Narrated by Sameera Hassan, Founder of Chronicle Health, the film highlights the story of Frashia and Cecelia, who both suffer from diabetes and hypertension and have found an innovative way to cope and support one another through monitoring and screening. It also showcases inputs from Ann Njeri, the head nurse of Lunga Lunga Health Center, and Margaret Osolo, a local NCD advocate and health volunteer.
